The views from our condo were breathtaking, and morning walks along the brook were refreshing. However, the pool area was often chaotic with unsupervised kids, which detracted from relaxation.

We loved exploring the Goodrich Rock Trail, surrounded by beautiful conifer forests and large boulders—perfect for our family hike with the dogs. The location couldn't be better, just a short walk from the Town Square and plenty of outdoor fun for everyone.

My wife says that the room definitely needs updating. it felt more like a roadside motel than a family resort.

Just a suitable option for a short stint in Waterville Valley with value for money. The kids loved the bunk beds in our small room. Bring some plastic utensils for the kids since they only had glass.
